PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
G-SHOCK/BABY-G has been supporting various environmental organizations since the late 90's by creating collaborative models with them. EARTHWATCH supports a wide range of environmental conservation and research, including endangered ecosystems, marine biodiversity, and climate change, under the theme "Love The Sea And The Earth. The collaboration model is the "RANGEMAN" from the MASTER OF G series, designed in the motif of the polar bear*, which is threatened with extinction due to global warming. The dial is made of luminescent resin that glows blue, and the back of the band is made of clear blue skeleton resin. In consideration of the environment, the watch is equipped with Tough Solar, which is powered by even the slightest light, such as fluorescent lamps, and also has a radio wave reception function that automatically corrects the time by receiving standard radio waves from six stations around the world. The "Change the World. Yourself." logo, which is the call to action of EARTHWATCH, is printed on the band, the logo appears on the LED backlight, and the "Love The Sea And The Earth" symbol is engraved on the back cover. The back of the watch is engraved with the "Love The Sea And The Earth" symbol. The packaging includes a special box made of recycled paper and a drawstring bag made of 100% cotton.

The bear lives in the Arctic Circle, North America, and Eurasia. A carnivorous animal classified in the Mammaliaformes, Carnivora, and Carnivora

FEATURES
  • Shock-resistant construction
  • Tough Solar (solar recharging system)
  • ?20 atm water resistance ?Wave reception function: Automatic reception (max. 6 times/day) (max. 5 times/day for Chinese wave) / manual reception, Radio reception: JJY, frequency: 40kHz/60kHz (model compatible with both Fukushima/Kyushu stations) Radio reception: WWVB, frequency: 60kHz Radio reception: MSF/DCF77, frequency: 60kHz The watch receives radio waves according to the city in which it is set when the home time setting is set to a city where it can be received. The time difference is set according to the selected city.

  • Azimuth measurement function: measures 16 azimuths and azimuth angles (0 to 359°), continuous azimuth measurement (60 seconds), graphic display of east, west, north and south, bearing memory (memory for one graphic showing azimuth angle and recorded direction), magnetic declination correction function, azimuth correction function
  • Barometric pressure measuring function (measuring range: 260 to 1,100 hPa), barometric pressure trend graph (display of the past 42 hours), barometric pressure difference graphic, barometric pressure trend information alarm (with an audible alarm and arrows to indicate characteristic changes in barometric pressure)
  • Altitude measurement function / Relative altimeter (measuring range: -700 to 10,000 m), altitude memory (automatically recorded data: maximum altitude, minimum altitude, accumulated ascent altitude, accumulated descent altitude in one line), altitude difference graphic, altitude difference measurement (-3,000 to 3,000) Altitude difference measurement (-3,000 to 3,000 m), measurement interval setting function (every 5 seconds or 2 minutes) *Every second for the first 3 minutes only
  • Temperature measurement function (measuring range: -10 to 60°C)
  • Manual memory function: Records up to 40 records of altitude, barometric pressure, temperature, direction, and time (time stamp function)
  • Sunrise and sunset time display
  • Stopwatch (1/100 second, 1000-hour counter, with split)
  • Timer (set unit: 1 minute, maximum set time: 24 hours, measured in 1-second increments)
  • Five time alarms (one with snooze function) and time signal
  • Battery indicator display
  • Power-saving function (turns off the display after a certain period of time in the dark to save power)
  • Fully automatic calendar
  • 12/24-hour display system switching
  • Operation sound ON/OFF switch function
  • LED backlight (with full auto-light, super illuminator, afterglow function, and afterglow time switching (1.5 sec./3 sec.))
  • When radio reception is not performed, the watch operates with normal quartz precision (average monthly difference of ±15 seconds).
  • The altimeter is a relative altimeter that converts changes in atmospheric pressure into altitude. When atmospheric pressure changes due to weather conditions, the measured altitude will also change.
